Paige’s Intimacy Playground *

My passion for teaching and facilitation emerged at the ripe young age of twelve, when I joined the Air Cadet Program. I was quite shy and struggled to speak up for myself. They offered a Toast Masters program for our group and I dove right in. I distinctly recall how nervous I felt as I stood in front of my peers to deliver my five minute speech. I felt so proud that I had done something that was really scary. It was an incredible jumping off point as I became more confident in leading my peers. The Air Cadet program helped foster my love of teaching and sharing anything I was passionate about.

My strong foundation in public speaking translated well into my post secondary and Montessori education. As a Montessori teacher, I absolutely thrived when sharing my enthusiasm for child development with families. I hosted many parent teacher conferences and educational connection evenings which provided enriching opportunities to influence my art of facilitation.

My pivot to training as a Somatica® sex and relationship coach has opened up a whole new world of possibilities. I am thrilled to offer an enticing collection of workshops and create a brave space for participants to show up in their vulnerability and authenticity.

I will lead the way to help you discover deeper intimacy with yourself through exploration, reflection, integration and deep acceptance!

We Rise By Lifting Others

My intention behind creating the “We Rise By Lifting Others” workshop series is to encourage women to work together towards self improvement and build community. Our experiences in the world can sometimes feel lonely and isolating. Now more than ever, we need to lean on each other and ask for support in the paths we are carving out for ourselves.

This workshop series is dedicated to brave souls, who are ready to do the work on themselves, delve deep into introspection and contemplation. We will work together to expand our awareness, push past the obstacles holding us back and soar to greater heights than we thought imaginable.

This series is for the dreamers, those restless souls ready to embark on new paths, step into their bodies and retrain their brains.

We will explore expanding our imaginations and aspirations, giving our dreams permission to grow so big that they actually scare us!

Confidence Workshop Series

Do you ever wonder why a new connection suddenly ghosts you after a night of flirting and connection?

I have put together a workshop series that will enable you to gain effective skills by practicing tools in real time with other men facing similar relationship and dating challenges. I will foster a non judgmental, brave space for us to come together and be real about where we are at in our erotic journeys.

This workshop Series is based on teachings from Confidence by Celeste Hirschman and Danielle Harel. We will also be practicing tools shared during my Somatica® Sex and Relationship Coach Training.

Dynamic POP UP Workshops

Dynamic Workshops are a great way to dip your toe in the water, without having to jump in if you’re not quite ready for a full plunge.

These workshops are open to anyone curious about intimacy, eroticism and empowerment!

My intention behind creating these POP-UP workshops is to give participants an opportunity to get to know me before diving deeper than they may feel comfortable.

In this way, I can offer a variety of introductory topics on anything I am geeking out on.
